Nutrition
Nutrition is a key component of a well nourished brain. It helps with mood regulation and brain function optimization.We carefully look at your diet and formulate a plan to support your brain health.
Supplements and Herbs
Prescription medications are not the only means for improving mental health. In addition to dietary interventions, I will work with you to customize a supplementation recommendations based on your individual needs to address nutritional deficiencies and support mental health.
